Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple commercial projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting scope and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and Arkansas state regulations.
- Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, change orders, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance, quality assurance, and progress; resolve issues proactively.
- Identify and mitigate risks, implement best practices, and generate reports using project management tools.
- Manage permitting, closeout processes, final client handover, and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in construction management with a strong background in commercial construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications, such as PMP or OSHA certifications).
- Proficiency in project scheduling, estimating, and software tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
- Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
