Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites before, during, and after construction activity
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Assist carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors with hands-on tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and as directed
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and CCG site safety protocols
- Complete tasks efficiently and communicate clearly with your supervisor
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of construction or general labor experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime or weekend availability
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and follow safety labels, instructions, and site guidelines
- Team-first attitude and a commitment to doing the job right
