What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Cleaner Evenings position at Commercial Cleaning Specialists?
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Part-time: Lengths of shifts ranging from 1.5 hr/day to 3 hrs/day
Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 p.m.
Starting Rate: $15.50, raises based on performance and attendance
Duties include: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors and stairways; wiping down and dusting offices and reception areas; cleaning restrooms and break areas and replenishing supplies; and trash
Wages: $15.50 per hour. Paid weekly. Uniform shirts provided. Free parking.

Requirements:
* Must pass felony and criminal background check
* Physically able to vacuum and wet mop lobby and office areas, clean restrooms, dust and wipe down, empty trash, and sweep stairs without restrictions
* Have dependable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
* Dependable to work 5 days/week
* Self-directed and follows cleaning instructions
