Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types, including vinyl composite tile, ceramic tile, hardwood, and luxury vinyl.
- Conduct buffing and polishing of floors to restore shine and prolong the life of the surface.
- Implement floor care routines that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas by adhering to custodial standards and practices.
- Inspect flooring surfaces regularly to identify wear or damage that may require repair or replacement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery.
Skills
- Proficient in environmental services with a focus on floor care techniques.
- Experience in buffing, stripping, and waxing is highly desirable.
