We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Teller to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the bank—helping customers with everyday transactions while building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, payments, and check cashing
- Assist customers with account services, check orders, and safe deposit box access
- Scan and balance daily work through branch capture
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reports (CTRs, etc.)
- Provide prompt, professional service and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to a flexible part-time schedule
