As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as a vital point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional service and support making a meaningful impact behind the scenes!
What You'll Do
- Answers the incoming phones calls promptly, professionally, and courteously while providing exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through solutions.
- Respond to the Customer Message Center and Info Inbox in a timely manner using proper grammar, professionalism, and e-mail etiquette.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to meet individual customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and stay informed about updates.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Banking experience is a plus
