What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLN1 Loan Administration Clerk - Escrow position at Commercial Bank of Texas?
Responsible for the administration and maintenance of loan escrow accounts, including establishing and analyzing escrow accounts, processing property tax and insurance payments, disbursing escrow funds, and conducting annual escrow analyses. Assists with the boarding and booking of residential real estate loans (when needed) and verifying escrow requirements, setting up escrow accounts, and ensuring accurate loan system records. Provides support to customers, lending staff, and bank personnel while ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies, investor guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Duties include;
- processing escrow waivers
- paying and monitoring PMI premiums
- handling PMI cancellations and transfers
- resolving unapplied funds
- managing Fannie Mae cashbook and reject items
- preparing and mailing escrow analysis statements
