Position Summary
This is a field service role focused on industrial and commercial HVAC systems, with an emphasis on chiller plant operations, process cooling, and large mechanical systems. The right candidate has real hands-on experience — not just exposure — with troubleshooting and repairing the kinds of equipment that keep manufacturing and critical facilities running.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial chiller systems (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption)
- Perform maintenance, startup, and commissioning of process cooling equipment and associated controls
- Troubleshoot complex refrigeration circuit issues, including oil management, capacity control, and heat exchanger problems
- Work on cooling towers, condenser water systems, pumps, and associated piping
- Service large rooftop and air handling units in commercial and light industrial settings
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings
- Complete accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers and management
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- 5 years of hands-on commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- Demonstrated experience with chiller service (manufacturer-specific training a plus — Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin)
- Process cooling or industrial refrigeration experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of electrical troubleshooting and controls
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Strong customer communication skills — you will be the face of our company on the job
What We Offer

- Company service vehicle, fuel card, and tools provided
- Health benefits and paid time off
