The Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a wide range of administrative support to the CEO & Leadership Team. The position will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality administrative support, such as managing schedules, travel, building decks, and general administration across the broader Leadership team and company. You also have demonstrated regard for confidentiality, a high level of sound judgment, and ability to solve for solutions.
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
Manage aspects of the short-term and long-term calendar, to ensure meetings are prioritized
Build decks & presentations
Draft memos & documentation (internal/external)
Coordinate and setup meetings, logistics and / or materials as required
Arrange all travel requirements, including airline reservations, hotel accommodation, rental cars, etc (for CEO & team)
Maintain contact & support broader Leadership team as required
Open mail, re-direct when necessary; receive, distribute and send couriers
Pack & ship merchandise for the team and customers
Assisting to order and maintain office supplies
Perform other administrative duties as required, and when needed
This role will require travel within North America from time-to-time as needed
What YOU bring to the table:
5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin to CEO/C-Level, VP
Experience owning work & travel schedules
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Hubspot, Excel, and LinkedIn
Proficient with Google Slides & Figma
Experience drafting memos
Experience in scaling a team, segment or start up
Experiencing managing basic budgets
Ability to handle and maintain confidential company information

*This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 2-3 days per week at the CommerceBear Corporate Office at 480 University Avenue in Toronto, Ontario.

Salary : $77,600 - $98,300
