$85,000–$120,000/year full benefits
Commerce Label, Inc. is hiring a Controller to lead and manage all core accounting functions while supporting financial strategy and operational performance across the business.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Own full-cycle accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll)
- Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Track printing operations profitability by job
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead accounting system improvements and conversions
- Develop reporting tools and actionable insights
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong background in accounting or finance (degree preferred)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience improving processes and systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing environment
