Order Fulfillment Associate (Full-Time)

Job Description:

Are you looking for a full-time position in retail without the hassle of dealing with customers? We’re hiring a Full-time Order Fulfillment Pickers/Packers for our fast-paced e-commerce warehouse. This role involves picking, packing, shipping orders, and helping to restock inventory and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Pick, prepare and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Restock and organize inventory to ensure efficiency.
• Work as part of a collaborative team that values precision and productivity.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hrs/week (Tuesday thru Saturday)
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts.
• Comfort using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and similar tools to transport items.
• Capability to navigate stairs as needed (if applicable).
• Commitment to following safety guidelines, quality standards, and fulfillment procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Dress code. Relaxed, with a few simple rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.

Compensation/Job Type:

• $16-$18 hour

Shifts Available :

Mornings, Afternoons, and Saturday shifts available:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Shifts:

• 8:00am-5:00pm Shift

Saturday Shifts:

• 9am-3pm Shift available (Must have Saturday availability)
