About Commerce Ink

Commerce Ink is a full-service Amazon agency built to operate as a true extension of the brands we partner with. Based in Irvine, California, we manage the full Amazon ecosystem from listing optimization and advertising to inventory planning, brand protection, and advanced performance analytics.

Our approach is rooted in ownership and execution. We do not act as consultants who provide recommendations and step away. Our clients rely on us to manage their Amazon business end-to-end so they can focus on broader brand growth while we scale their marketplace presence.

The Role

We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for each brand.

You will sit at the center of both execution and strategy. On a daily basis, you will oversee account performance, manage operational workflows, and coordinate with internal teams. At the same time, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, solving problems, and helping guide long-term growth strategies.

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of how Amazon operates across both Seller Central and Vendor Central. Success in this position comes from attention to detail, ownership over outcomes, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable direction.

What You Will Do

Account Management and Client Communication

  • Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Amazon accounts across Seller Central and or Vendor Central
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for each client, building strong and professional relationships based on trust and performance
  • Lead weekly status calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly strategy sessions
  • Prepare structured agendas, present performance insights, and clearly communicate next steps and priorities
  • Act as a strategic partner to each brand, ensuring alignment between business goals and Amazon execution

Strategy and Growth Execution

  • Develop and execute account-level strategies focused on revenue growth, profitability, and long-term brand positioning
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking, conversion rates, and overall account efficiency
  • Analyze category trends, competitive positioning, and search behavior to inform decision making
  • Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance data and marketplace changes

Listing Optimization and Content Management

  • Own listing quality across accounts, ensuring content has best-in-class standards
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend keywords based on keyword research and search performance
  • Ensure listings are structured correctly at the parent and child level to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Maintain consistency on brand messaging, visual identity, and product positioning

Performance Tracking and Analysis

  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, sessions, conversion rate, Buy Box percentage, etc.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early and take proactive action
  • Use Amazon reporting and internal analytics to evaluate performance drivers
  • Translate data into insights that inform both short-term and long-term actions

Operations and Issue Resolution

  • Manage case logs and work directly with Seller or Vendor Support to resolve issues
  • Handle listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog errors
  • Address brand registry concerns, policy violations, and account health risks
  • Ensure inventory levels are aligned with demand to avoid stockouts
  • Maintain clean and organized account structures to support scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including advertising, creative, catalog, etc.
  • Ensure all initiatives are executed accurately and on time
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to internal teams to improve output quality
  • Align all efforts across departments to support unified account strategies

Process and Documentation

  • Keep detailed documentation including SOPs, playbooks, and performance notes
  • Build repeatable processes that improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Contribute to internal system improvements as Commerce Ink continues to scale
  • Help establish best practices that can be applied across multiple accounts

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts in Seller Central, Vendor Central, or an agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
  • Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals including listing optimization, advertising basics, brand registry, and account health
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client calls and present performance clearly and confidently

Preferred

  • Familiarity with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Sellozo, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance reports, and advanced business reporting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing agency environment

Work Environment
