SUMMARY
The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of control systems integration projects within the Water & Wastewater market — from award through commissioning. This role works across engineering, client relations, manufacturing, and field services to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and within scope. The successful candidate brings both technical aptitude and strong business acumen, and is comfortable leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving results on complex, multi-discipline projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You may be required to perform any or all of the following duties. (Additional duties may be assigned.)
- Contract administration and compliance
- Procurement of materials, instruments, and panels
- Comprehensive project planning and scheduling
- Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Resources planning across engineering and field teams
- Client and stakeholder communications management
- Scope, schedule, and budget management
- Change order development and management
- Quality oversight including FAT coordination
- Project documentation and closeout
- Engineering support as required
- Post-project review
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage assigned Project Engineers with project activities.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to the Project Engineers.
- Provides regular objective feedback to the management team and periodically to assigned staff regarding project performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with 5 years’ project management experience in control systems integration. Water & Wastewater strongly preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent is preferred.
