Lead the crews that keep our city’s infrastructure strong, safe, and reliable. As a Streets Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee construction, repair, and daily maintenance of streets, bridges, sidewalks, drainage systems, and traffic control devices. This role also includes oversight of key surface-maintenance operations such as asphalt repair, pavement preservation, concrete work, pothole maintenance, and familiarity with dirt-chart assessments to guide preventative care.
In this leadership-focused position, you will provide direct supervision and support to Operations Technicians and Operations Specialists, ensuring high-quality work, clear communication, and a well-coordinated team. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in related field preferred. Minimum of four years' experience in street and traffic maintenance and construction and equipment operation. Minimum of one year leads related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. Must possess a valid Class "B" Colorado Commercial driver's license and maintain during employment. Must obtain appropriate certifications related to the position and maintain during the course of employment.
