CCC is a NAEYC-accredited preschool located on the scenic and secure Department of Commerce campus in Boulder. We are built on a framework of community and professional growth, serving a unique family base of scientists and researchers from the federal labs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support our infants and toddler classrooms: Co-lead the daily rhythm of the room, creating a nurturing, responsive environment grounded in HighScope principles and developmentally appropriate practice.
- Partner with Parents: Build trusted relationships with our highly educated community of families to support each child's earliest developmental milestones.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure a safe, clean, and NAEYC-compliant environment where infants can explore freely and caregivers can do their best work.
- Track Development: Observe and document children's progress to support portfolio building and individualized care planning.
- Grow Professionally: Actively participate in our paid training program, monthly portfolio workshops, and staff meetings.
