PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Review and ensure accuracy of Title 31 related forms completed by casino staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Title 31 required document filings.
- Conduct due diligence during internal and external investigations as related to Title 31;
- Monitor and review all Title 31 operational areas and assist in the drafting of sound, effective and operationally efficient internal control procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct Title 31 audits to ensure proper aggregation for the filing of a CTR and gathering all available information for the investigation of potential suspicious activity.
- Provide any other Title 31 support to casino departments and functions as needed.
- Process requests for information sharing under Section 314(b) and ensure prior examination findings are tracked and addressed.
- Keep current with all regulatory requirements, consulting with management on new or revised rules.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School
Work Experience: At least one (1) years’ experience related to the Title31 BSA/AML field.
Must possess the ability to work from home with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary. Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and to prepare detailed professional correspondence, memorandums, policies, procedures and regulations related to the employee’s duties. A general knowledge of Windows-based computer operating systems is also required.
SCHEDULED HOURS
Commerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
