SEO & Organic Growth Lead

We are looking for someone exceptionally good at SEO and organic growth. Someone who can figure out what to publish, get it written, track the progress, take the feedback, improve the process, and close the loop.

About a thousand years ago in Venice, merchants started using a contract called the commenda. One partner put up the capital. The other sailed with the goods. Both shared the risk. Those voyages funded the trade that funded the Renaissance.

A thousand years later, trading across a border is still harder than it needs to be. A company opening its fifth entity still hits a maze of registrations, filings, and deadlines that nobody owns. A law firm in every market, a point solution for each tax, and a spreadsheet holding it all together.

We replace that with one platform: incorporation and entity management, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and corporate tax and reporting. Our buyers are finance and legal teams. What they buy from us is certainty.

We are taking on the Big Four in a $200B a year market. We have raised $9M from Bling, Pelion, and UIF, and our customers include Razorpay, Pine Labs, MPL, and Remote.com.

Our buyer starts with a search.

"Set up a subsidiary in Singapore." "VAT registration threshold Germany." "Do I need a resident director in Australia." "EOR vs entity for hiring." Every one of those queries someone handling entity compliance.

Organic is already one of largest identifiable acquisition channel, and this role is the person owning it full time. You are the only SEO person on the team, you own it end to end, and your job is to grow the revenue organic search and AI answers produce as far as it can go. We don't know the ceiling. We want the person who finds it.

The person who thrives here is innovative and resourceful. You find better ways to grow organic revenue, use whatever tools get you there fastest, and don't wait for someone to come to you or a perfect plan. We judge the work by what it does for pipeline and revenue.

• Technical SEO. Site architecture, crawl efficiency, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang. You find the reason a page isn't indexing and you fix it.
• Programmatic and international SEO. Country and topic matrices at scale: incorporation by jurisdiction, indirect tax by jurisdiction, filing obligations by entity type. You design the templates and hold the quality bar so the pages are genuinely useful, not thin.
• AEO. How Commenda shows up and gets cited in AI answers. AI search is rewriting this discipline in real time. We would rather be wrong early than right late.
• The SEO engine. You build the roadmap, write the briefs, and create the systems for content production. Our writers produce the content, and our legal and tax experts make it credible.
• Authority. Digital PR, partnerships, and data-led assets worth citing. No link schemes.
• Measurement. You report on pipeline and revenue, not rankings.

You ship most of it yourself with Claude Code or Codex: site changes, schema, bulk audits, scripts, whatever the idea needs. Engineering supports the heavier lifts.

• You've owned SEO for a website end to end. Breadth across many sites is a strength. What matters is that you owned results, not just executed tickets.
• Technical depth at scale. You can diagnose and fix issues across thousands of pages, multiple markets, and messy data.
• Modern and adaptive. You treat search as SEO plus AI optimization, and you're already testing what works.
• High agency. You find the problem and ship the fix without waiting for a brief.
• Sharp content judgment. Our buyers are professionals who will spot a wrong number immediately.

Finance, tax, legal, or accounting audiences are a plus. Never a filter.

You'll work with a small, highly capable team across growth, legal, tax, and engineering. Expect to learn fast and grow quickly.

We work hard and move fast. This is not a 9 to 5 role, and we want people who are excited by that.
