We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of an On-Call RN for the area of Diamondhead, MS. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- Identify the patient/family's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and reassess as needed.
- On-Call responds to triage calls, performs visits and assessments, coordinates care with the Administrator On Call
- May attend IDG meetings and family conferences;
- Participates in training, committees, and other duties as assigned within licensure scope.
- Provide nursing services in accordance with the POC.
- Document problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care.
- Collaborate with the patient/family attending physician and other members of the IDT in providing patient and family care.
- Instruct patient/family in self-care techniques when appropriate.
- Supervise ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required.
- Complete and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition.
- Perform supervisory visits to the patient's residence.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Applicants should possess a current Mississippi RN license in good standing and have at least one year of nursing experience.
- Home health experience is preferred, but we will train eager candidates with good clinical experience.
- Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Utmost compassion and integrity
Other Qualifications
- Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment
- Capable of providing emergency care as needed for any patient.
