Essential Qualifications:
- · Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and performs tasks required to complete duties assigned
- · Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areas
- · Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems
- · Other duties as assigned
