John A. Stassi Community Care Center, is the Greater New Orleans area’s newest skilled nursing & rehabilitation center, and we are looking to grow our team. Designed for person-centered care, John A. Stassi Community Care Center is the first of its kind in the area and provides care in an atmosphere that promotes resident choice and creates a more home-like setting. We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Night Shift LPN Floor Nurse. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- · Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
- · Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.
- · Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
- · Prepares and administers medication and treatments.
- · Consults with physicians.
- · Receives and records orders as required.
