We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of part-time Housekeeping Staff at Tupelo Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
Available Shift: 7a-3p, must be able to work weekends
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- · Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture and blinds.
- · Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
- · Sweep and mop floors.
- · Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that all paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately.
- · Check for and remove marks from walls.
- · Empty trash cans in resident apartments/suites and common areas.
- · Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures.
- · Document provision of services in accordance with Company policy.
- · Report any hazards, violations, or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
- · Work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents.
- · Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, particularly when interacting with residents and their families.
- · Communicate with residents, family members and guests in a respectful, diplomatic manner. Collaborate with associates in other departments to ensure that resident needs are being met appropriately.
