We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of CNA Transportation Driver at RIVIERE DE SOLEIL Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Essential Qualifications:
The Certified Nursing Assistant Transportation Driver under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to provide transportation services for facility Residents using the facility van.
- · Work with nursing staff to schedule medical appointments.
- · Transport residents to and from their medical appointments.
- · In coordination with nursing staff, ensure that proper medical documents are accurate for transport to medical visits/appointments.
- · Maintain safety and comfort of residents during transportation.
- · Keep a detailed log of all transports.
- · Maintain the routine van mileage log.
- · In coordination with facility maintain and schedule routine van maintenance.
