We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) at The Azaleas Assisted Living & The Villas Independent Living Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- · Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
- · Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
- · Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment.
- · Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.
- · Assists Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
- · Takes and records vital parameters as assigned. Assists with weekly and monthly weights as assigned.
- · Records information on the electronic health record.
- · Provides laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities.
- · Perform any other tasks assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
