We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Floor Nurse LPN - Weekend Option at THIS Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- · Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
- · Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.
- · Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
- · Prepares and administers medication and treatments.
- · Consults with physicians.
- · Receives and records orders as required.
