We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Personal Care Assistant at Willow Wood Skilled Nursing Facility . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to work independently and in groups depends on the task.
• Ability to remain professional when dealing with patients, families, management, and all internal and external customers.
• Acceptance of and adaptability to different social, racial, cultural and religious modes.
• Ability to adapt to on-the-job training and adhere to standards of the facility providing personal care services, assisting residents, handling, and caring for equipment and supplies and developing good understanding of the basis of aseptic and sterile techniques.
• High School Diploma or equivalent attained.

Other Qualifications

Must possess the following skills:

• Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
