Seasonal Fulfillment Associate
Join Commando’s team as a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to support our warehouse operations during our busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude who enjoys both independent work and teamwork. Seasonal Fulfillment Associates play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality products and service Commando is known for.
Location: South Burlington, VT | Full-time & Part-Time | Seasonal role with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
Pay Range: starts at $17.50/hr
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all items are handled with care and verified for accuracy before shipping.
Box, tag, hang, and scan garments according to company standards.
Assist with the production of embellished garments, maintaining quality and consistency.
Perform warehouse duties such as organizing storage areas, restocking supplies, and keeping the workspace clean and orderly.
Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
This is a hands-on, physical position in a warehouse setting.
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift.
Regularly lift, carry, and move boxes and garments weighing 30–50 lbs.
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, pick, pack, and ship orders.
Highly organized with strong follow-through to complete tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and cross-train in multiple areas.
Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
