What are the responsibilities and job description for the SECURITY GUARD position at Commander, Navy Installations?
You will serve as a Security Guard in the Operations Department of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ORLANDO.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Executing security functions such as patrolling assigned areas on foot or by vehicle; 2) Providing protective duties and enforcing rules and regulations governing access control and breaches in physical security; 3) Providing direction, controlling, or denying access to personnel entering restricted or classified areas; and 4) Searching and inspecting private and government vehicles.
