Job description:
Command7 is searching for a Check-In Agent to join our Check-In & Quality Review Team. This Check-In Agent will assist with managing maintenance services for our customers. Our services include landscaping, snow removal, pest control, parking lot sweeping, property inspections, HVAC, plumbing, and repair services. Our company delivers these services through a trusted and qualified network of thousands of service providers across our nationwide footprint. Command7’s patented technology and proven processes provide customers with the performance they need and the accountability they expect across their property portfolio. We are searching for an exceptional Check-In Agent to help facilitate our growing company by providing leadership and process excellence for our operations department.
Objective:
The Check-In Agent will provide support to the Operations Supervisor and be a critical function in the operations process by managing key performance indicators and supporting team members to ensure company goals are met. The Check-In Agent is an integral component of operations to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients and service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process all check in requests from service providers.
- Create mobile app desktop check-ins for multiple locations, services, dates of service, and time of service.
- Verify photos, forms, contract dates of multiple locations for quality review.
- Add documentation and photos to customer system.
- Review email check-ins from Service Providers and confirm with Service Providers of the email check-ins received.
- Send emails, make phone calls, on behalf of Customer Portfolio Manager to receive missed check-ins from Service Providers.
- Document verified check-ins received with any detailed notes in NetSuite.
- Review all photos of site inspections for contractual work has been completed and submit enhancement work as needed.
- Prepare and upload site inspection document.
- Create notice of correction to service providers when site is identified as not up to scope.
Experience and Skill:
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns, multitask and work with attention to detail
- Ability to perform duties with urgency and deliver quality, accurate and thorough work
- Willingness to adapt and accept additional work assignments as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
