We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our growing maintenance team! We have openings on second shift (3 PM - 11 PM) and third shift (11 PM - 7 AM). Overtime is available for the Maintenance Technician.
- Trouble shoot, repair, install, & maintain new and existing electrical/ electronic circuits, systems, components and controls of building & manufacturing equipment.
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical requirements on PLC’s, VFD drives, motors, , conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufactures instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Install modify & repair electrical/electronic systems, apparatus and components of new & existing building & manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain equipment & controls while following guidelines of the National Electrical code, local electrical Code, schematic diagrams, manufacturer manuals & specifications.
- Maintenance Technician is responsible for repair & preventative maintenance of printing and bindery equipment, as well as handling the mechanical and electrical needs of a 230,000 sq. ft. facility.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.
- 3 years of maintenance experience (within a printing facility, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and conveyor systems.
- Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
