Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist for a full-time hybrid position based in Commack, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The therapist will be responsible for case management tasks, collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes. Administrative documentation and maintaining compliance with clinical standards are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in Social Work and Mental Health services
- Experience providing Family Therapy and individual counseling
- Ability to create a supportive and empathetic client environment
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
