Information Systems Analyst Wanted
At Comm-Tronics, we don’t just use technology, we make it connect. We’re seeking an I/S Analyst to support and strengthen the systems that power Hyphen Nation every day. From network infrastructure and software platforms to cybersecurity and user support, you’ll help keep our communication and security technologies running seamlessly across MD, DC, DE & VA.

What You’ll Do
Support Systems: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, keeping Hyphen Nation connected and productive.
Maintain Infrastructure: Monitor and assist with updates, backups, and performance across company systems and platforms.
Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical challenges with curiosity and persistence—because at Comm-Tronics, we don’t guess, we get it right.
Master New Tech: Learn emerging systems and applications, becoming a subject matter expert (SME) who educates and empowers other team members.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to support the tools and technologies that power our business.
Document & Improve: Maintain clear records, build knowledge bases, and suggest smarter ways to work.
Protect & Serve (Digitally): Follow cybersecurity best practices and safeguard data integrity across all platforms.
Push the Broom: Maintain organized workspaces—physical and digital—because excellence starts with order
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical aptitude with a passion for learning new systems and tools.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
A partner-focused mindset that embodies Comm-Tronics’ Core Beliefs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, even under pressure.
1–2 years of experience in IS, IT support, or a related technical field (preferred).
Education or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Familiarity with Windows, networking basics and cloud platforms (O365, Azure, etc.).
Ability to travel locally between offices or partner sites as needed.
Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and assisting with hardware setup or equipment moves.
