Help Wanted: Service Manager

At Comm-Tronics, we don’t just provide technology services, we deliver an Unmatched Partner Experience. We are seeking a Service Manager who will lead our service operations, ensuring top-quality delivery, quick resolution of service issues and a partner-first approach in everything we do.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, mentoring, team development and driving service excellence.

What You’ll Do

    Lead Service Delivery: Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with partner expectations.

    Be the Escalation Point: Manage service disruptions, investigate root causes and coordinate timely, effective solutions.

    Build Relationships: Maintain strong partner connections through site visits, follow-ups and clear communication.

    Coach & Lead: Educate, mentor and coach service technicians, coordinate on-call schedules and foster accountability.

    Drive Excellence: Monitor performance metrics, manage resources and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

    Shape the Future: Collaborate with leadership on service strategy and long-term planning.

What We’re Looking For

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    A partner service orientation with excellent communication abilities.

    Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

    Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (preferred).

    3–5 years’ experience in service, operations, or a managerial role.

    Lean Six Sigma certification or EOS experience (preferred).

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Proficiency in business software and systems.

    Availability to support on-call technicians 24/7.
