Help Wanted – Installation Manager

Comm-Tronics is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our growing installation department. In this role, you’ll drive project quality, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Team – Mentor, coach, and grow installation technicians through ongoing education, EMC sessions, and performance reviews.
Oversee Operations – Plan, schedule, and manage installation projects with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure proposals, scopes, and materials are reviewed for quality and profitability.
Support Projects & Partners – Conduct site visits, assist with surveys, support project managers, and ensure compliance with industry standards and local codes.
Deliver Partner Excellence – Build strong partner relationships and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to an Unmatched Partner Experience.
Drive Operational Standards – Ensure clean, organized work areas, accurate reporting, and high-quality documentation across the team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing installation or technical teams.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on accountability.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the EOS management system (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (annual review required).
Completion of required education/certifications and willingness to travel for training.
A motivated self-starter who thrives on growth and embodies Comm-Tronics’ Core Beliefs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years’ experience in service, operations, or a managerial role.
Lean Six Sigma certification or EOS experience (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in business software and systems.
Availability to support on-call technicians 24/7.
