Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Many will be in the first responder marketplace.
This role requires a deep understanding of the first responder market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to create opportunities with prospects. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales plays targeting our market
- Constant and consistent communication with our prospects.
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
- Know or Learn our CRM platform - Using it to market to our prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the owenrship team to promote products and services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Background in Emergency Services & knowledge of the First Responder budgets/processes
- Strong understanding of retail math and inventory management principles.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in outside sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
