We are looking for someone who has a basic knowledge of beer and wine, is able to read and interpret documents, and can speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to good client/customer service skills. Ability to work effectively with a team, perform basic math and cash handling duties, operate a register and/or computer, and be willing to train. We require honesty and reliability, self-motivation, dependability, and positive customer relations with the ability to multi-task.
Working Conditions: The work for this position is performed mainly inside the bar and movie theatre. The position requires routine walking, standing, bending, twisting and carrying items weighing no more than fifty pounds. This position requires availability nights, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language at all times.
- Makes guests feel appreciated through your actions.
- Works as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.
- Mixes, garnishes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of the bar following standard recipes.
- Preps and prepares food items.
- Inputs drink orders into computer immediately, collects money from guests for drinks served and makes change.
- Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display.
- Washes and sterilizes stemware.
- Counts drinks guests are served and track open bar tabs.
- Anticipates Guest's needs and follow the half-full rule when offering another drink; remains alert of Guest signals (raising a hand, looking directly at you, etc.), and acknowledges Guest so they know you will be right with them.
- Learns guests' names, occupations, and favorite drinks.
- Responsibly serves alcohol and remains aware of guests' state of intoxication.
Addition Responsibilities:
- Prepare bar for theatre opening or closing.
- Track inventory and spoilage control.
- General theatre cleaning and operational tasks as directed by the Manager on duty.
- Handle minor customer complaints; Call the manager if the situation is too difficult.
