A day in the life: Self generate a pipeline, prospect new commercial accounts and build territory while maintaining contract account base Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations) Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes You should have: Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) Experience working with facility managers, property managers, building engineers and operations directors Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Pipeline management experience Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
