Learning Design & Technology Specialist

Learning Design Specialist Responsibilities & Duties Design, develop and implement engaging and effective learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual training programs Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine instructional design needs and develop course content and assessments Create and maintain project timelines and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Ensure instructional materials are in compliance with company standards and best practices Continuously evaluate and improve the learning experience to increase student engagement and achievement Learning Design Specialist Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field Experience designing and developing virtual and hybrid learning experiences Experience with video editing and production Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Familiarity with SCORM and Tin Can API standards Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia Excellent project management skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort Systems USA is composed of more than 45 operating companies in over 170 locations across the United States.
