We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our Special Projects team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality installations, and can handle a variety of projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do Lead on installing commercial HVAC systems, from equipment to duct, fittings, grills, etc. Complete retrofit and special project installations Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork Install and braze copper refrigerant piping Start up equipment and verify proper system operation Read and work from blueprints and project specifications Maintain safety and EPA compliance on all job sites Resolve installation challenges and ensure high-quality results Work closely with project managers, team members, and customers What We’re Looking For 4 years of commercial HVAC installation experience Strong background in special projects and retrofit work Sheet metal fabrication and installation skills EPA Certification Experience with copper brazing and piping HVAC startup and commissioning experience is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team Valid driver’s license You need to be able to: Keep it a Drug-free Workplace. Be punctual and reliable. Work 10-hour days and overtime as needed. Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors. Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
