Education:
- LPN (Preferred)
- RN License (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
Experience:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed in the state of Florida
- IV certification preferred
- Ability to travel to patient homes.
- 2 years (Preferred)
- Assist in patient's activities of daily living
- Monitor patient and report on their well-being
- Participating in the nursing process by providing input to the patients’ overall care
- Implementing the care plan as written
- Provides for emotional and physical safety of patient while considering their rights and cultural background
- Complies with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA Privacy Rules
- Monitors and reports changes to the patient’s condition to supervisor
- Listen and respond to any patient requests and concerns
- Accepts only those assignments for which they are qualified

- CPR Certification (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Home Health Aide Certification
