We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents through attentive, respectful, and personalized care. Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations to ensure safety and well-being
- Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed
- Support residents with memory care techniques for Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
- Maintain cleanliness of residents' living areas through light cleaning duties
- Follow prescribed care plans and document all activities accurately
- Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental health and social engagement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or working with people with disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of patient monitoring, vital signs.
- Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or Nursing Assistant (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work compassionately with seniors, individuals with memory loss or dementia
- Strong observational skills for patient safety and health status updates
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information
- Excellent communication skills and patience in providing empathetic care
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for community-based caregiving roles
