Your day may include assisting a client with showering, preparing their favorite breakfast, helping with mobility or physical therapy exercises, accompanying them to a doctor's appointment, and tidying up their home to keep things comfortable. You'll offer medication reminders, lend a listening ear, and be a steady presence they can count on. You're not just checking off a list-you're helping someone live with dignity, comfort, and joy in their own space. Must-haves
- Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment assisting a client or family member (preferably 1 year)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
