Guest Service Representative

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle busy shifts and work flexible hours including evenings

Pay: $21.71 - $26.15 per hour
