Position Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Crew Lead to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with a variety of roofing systems and proven leadership ability to manage a small team on-site while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems
Supervise and direct a crew of roofers on job sites
Coordinate daily work tasks and maintain project schedules
Communicate effectively with homeowners and management
Ensure all work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications
Enforce safety procedures and promote safe practices on-site
Provide training and guidance to new or less experienced roofers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of residential roofing experience
Prior experience leading or managing a roofing crew
Strong knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
