About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide to join our team, working part-time and full-time positions available. As an Aide with Comfort Touch Health Agency, you will:
Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors in their homes, focusing on building meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life
Assist with light physical tasks, such as grooming, dressing, and toileting, as needed
Offer patient and attentive support to individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions, adapting to their unique needs and stages
Work closely with caregivers and family members to develop personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care
Requirements
1 year of experience in a similar role or field
Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9 am to 1 pm schedule
Compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication skills
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
