Role Summary
The shift time is 2 AM to 10 AM, this is an overnight fabrication position. The Fabrication Apprentice will assist with the assembly of ductwork and fittings while learning the fundamentals of sheet metal fabrication. Responsibilities include developing an understanding of lock-forming equipment, seam types, layout basics, and proper shop workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble standard HVAC duct and fittings
- Learn and follow operation and safety procedures for lock-forming and fabrication equipment
- Maintain safe work habits and keep shop areas clean and organized
- Assist team leads with production tasks as directed
- Develop basic knowledge of angles, degrees, and proper measuring practices
- Strong desire to work hands-on with tools and machinery
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and solid teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with the 2 AM to 10 AM overnight shift.
- Previous shop or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
