- Able to perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including but not limited to: Packaged RTU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps & motors.
- Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building Automation Systems, (i.e. Trane, Honeywell, JCI etc..)
- Familiar with different manufacture’s service software for VRF systems (i.e. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu etc..)
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited guidance from management.
- Fill out service tickets and time sheets electronically (iPad) and send via email
- Travel may be necessary during peak seasons between Huntsville & Birmingham.
- Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to pass a physical ability test
