Key Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC Service Technicians with commercial service, maintenance, and repair work
- Help with jobsite setup, tool handling, materials staging, and cleanup
- Support troubleshooting and basic diagnostic efforts under technician supervision
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Transport materials and assist with equipment handling as needed
- Communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on customer job sites
- Interest in HVAC, mechanical systems, or skilled trades
- Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments
- Willingness to learn, follow direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED preferred
