Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events, conferences, or special functions as needed
• Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met consistently
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation across all areas of the property
• Follow safety protocols during industrial cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Collaborate with team members to uphold hospitality standards and deliver a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting preferred
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning practices
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required
