Full job description
Recognizes and greets the guests.
Operates the front desk office equipment such as, telephone system, property management system (PMS), and computers. Must have computer skills.
Checks guests in and out of rooms; makes keys. Makes and cancels reservations.
Collects revenue from room sells and vending store. Stocks vending store.
Maintains cleaniness of lobby, front desk and restrooms if needed.
Provides communication between shifts with fellow team members.
Records and reconciles guestroom, telephone, meeting room and other revenues to guest folios.
Shifts for hire are: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm
Must be personable with our guests and willing to be a team player!!
Hospitality and service experience preferred!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
