Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with the ability to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The Cook will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards and served promptly to our guests.

Hours will be 5am - 10am, Monday through Friday. We are open on all holidays. Weekends will be as needed.

Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment..
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and dietary restrictions.
• Help with inventory management by tracking food supplies and notifying management of shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• A clean work ethic, ensuring that all areas of the kitchen are kept tidy and organized.
